Gas turbine flowmeter is a new type of velocity instrument. It has the advantages of high accuracy, good repeatability, simple structure, high pressure resistance, wide measurement range, small volume, light weight, low pressure loss, long service life, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. The temperature pressure compensation type instrument can integrate flow, temperature, and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure, and compression factors. It is an ideal gas flow detection instrument for gas metering in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and industrial boilers, as well as for measuring the volume flow rate and total amount of low viscosity gases in closed pipelines of urban natural gas and gas pressure regulating stations, and for gas thermal metering.

Adopting a new type of sensor, it has low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, is not easy to corrode, has good reliability, and has a long service life.

Adopting a new type of microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, it has high computational accuracy, powerful overall functions, and superior performance.

Adopting advanced low-power high-tech, the whole machine has low power consumption. It can operate on both internal battery power for a long time and external power supply.

According to the flow frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in up to eight segments, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the instrument according to user needs.

Adopting EEPROM data storage technology, it has the function of storing and querying historical data, and three historical data recording methods are available for users to choose from.

The flowmeter head can rotate 180 °, making installation and use simple and convenient.

High precision, generally up to ± 1.5% R and ± 1.0% R.

Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05% R~0.2% R. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that flow meters are preferred for trade settlement.

It can detect the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the gas being tested, automatically track and compensate for the flow rate, and display the gas flow rate under standard conditions (Pn=101.325KPa, Tn=293.15K); Real time query of temperature, pressure, time, date and other data.

5、 Installation precautions

(1) The replacement and related operations of internal circuit boards and other components must be carried out by professional engineers or technicians.

(2) Before opening the cover, ensure that the device is powered off for at least 10 minutes. The opening of the shell cover must be carried out by professional engineers or technicians.

(3) Explosion proof converters must be transferred to a safe area for maintenance, disassembly, and reassembly.

(4) The converter circuit board components contain sensitive components that may be damaged by static electricity. Be careful during operation to avoid direct contact with electronic components or circuit patterns on the circuit board, and take corresponding anti-static measures if necessary.
